Looking for Mercy!!!

I got up this morning expecting to see the Mercy of God manifest in my life today. I am expecting to see God’s Mercy, His Undeserved Favor to manifest in your life today. You nor I nor anyone else deserves God’s Favor, but because of His Love for us He gives us Mercy. What are you looking for? What are you expecting? If I am looking for Mercy I must give Mercy. “Whatsoever a man sows that shall he also reap.” A wheat farmer is foolish to expect a harvest that he has not sown.Blessed are the merciful, For they shall obtain mercy. (Matthew 5:7 NKJV)We are living in a time that we must “build up ourselves” we must “keep ourselves.” David had to strengthen himself in the Lord. Rather than looking at the circumstances around him, or listening to those who would like to have blamed him and killed him; he looked to God, (I Samuel 30). The temptation of the moment is to look at things gone wrong and look for someone to blame, someone to judge. David cried out for Mercy, for Favor, for Help. David knew who to look to in troubled times. David knew that God’s Mercy would triumphant over ever circumstance in his life.So David inquired of the LORD, saying, "Shall I pursue this troop? Shall I overtake them?" And He answered him, "Pursue, for you shall surely overtake them and without fail recover all." (1 Samuel 30:8 NKJV).Recovery is in our future. But that recovery is in direct proportion to our ability to look for Mercy and not Judge. The world judges everyone and everything. “But God is rich in mercy, because of His great love…” (Ephesians 2:4). Mercy, Favor is the results of God’s Great Love for us. I am looking for God’s Mercy to manifest in your life, are you? Are you looking for Mercy?
